Let’s chat about June and Thomas’s garden wedding! When I say let’s chat I mean, let’s drop our jaws, because this day and couple were stunning. June and Thomas met online where they subsequently bonded over their shared love of running. Besides their day being the perfect mix of classic elegance, they filled it with meaningful details. I mean just take a look at the custom “Snap it and Share it” table reminders, it’s without doubt one of the cuteste details. There were so many small elements that just made the day truly amazing.

Let me tell you when I popped in to check on June and her girls, I spotted her custom denim jacket and second reception dress and immediately fell in love. June had planned to change into both just after formalities and before the party really kicked off. Every detail of their wedding day had meaning and a purpose, and because of this you felt every ounce of love they had for one another.

June and Thomas’s Garden Wedding was actual goals.

Even though they lived in the city, June and Thomas loved New England in the fall. Because of this Candlelight Farms Inn was the perfect wedding venue for their October wedding. October in Connecticut meant we were in peak foliage season. This meant that their hilltop ceremony backdrop was a mix of burnt oranges, reds, yellows and turning greens, undoubtedly everyones Fall wedding dreams.

Lets hear it for a groom’s suite!

After the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy the New England scenery and cocktails on the porch of an adjacent building afterwards were then escorted into a bright and spacious sailcloth just off to the side of the Inn. We were able to show guests a brand new space with each moment of the evening. As we finally neared the end of the evening June and Thomas had the most picturesque moment as guests sent them off on the lawn with sparklers.
