Sandra and Conor’s autumn Candlelight Farms Inn wedding was nothing short of perfection. The New Milford, Connecticut wedding venue is one of our favorites and after scrolling through these photos I think you will see why. You can see another Candlelight Farms wedding featured on our blog here.

Sandra and Conor were one of those couples that made the planning process so fun and stress-free. From their unique details like the boarding pass place cards (an ode to their love of travel) to the jaw-dropping billowy lace sleeves on the bride’s wedding dress- I think you will find more than one idea for your own wedding scrolling through this blog post.

Candlelight Farms Inn has two wedding venues on site; a farm venue and a converted airport hangar. Our couple chose to have their ceremony and reception at The Hangar.

The evening began with the couple exchanging their vows outdoors, followed by a casual cocktail hour and hangout before their reception under the romantic string canopy lights. The venue also allows food trucks- and the night ended with a visit from a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream truck.

One of my favorite details from the wedding was the old-school dial phone where guests could leave the couple voice messages in lieu of a traditional guestbook. I loved the shot the photographer captured (below) of Sandra leaving her own message to remember the night.

Over a year later I am still thinking of this dreamy Candlelight Farms Inn wedding. A fun couple, excellent vendors, and a stunning venue make our job as wedding planners easy.
