Kate and Juan’s Westchester Country Club wedding was not only beautiful, but the bride carefully and thoughtfully planned each detail. When I entered the scene to provide wedding management services three months before the big day, Kate had a clear (and well-documented) vision of how she wanted the day to play out. Working with the couple, my team and I ensured every expectation was not just met but exceeded.

First looks aren’t just for the bride and groom. We love when the photographer manages to capture the bridesmaids’ genuine reaction to the bride’s final look before heading down the aisle. Kate’s romantic, figure-skimming, beaded bodice dress by designer Lea Ann Belter was worthy of all of the gasps and enthusiastic cheers from her wedding party.

Some of the small details at this country club wedding that we loved: the beautiful illustration of the Westchester Country Club on the inside of the wedding envelope, the custom cuff links and case the bride gifted on the wedding day, and the unique, blue floral embroidered guest book.

The celebration began with the afternoon wedding ceremony at Church of the Resurrection in Rye, NY. The historic catholic church provided a stunning backdrop as the sweet couple exchanged their vows.

From the church, the wedding celebrations continued on at the Westchester Country Club. The bridesmaids floral, off-the-shoulder dresses added a touch of whimsy and romance to the atmosphere. The soft hues of the wedding bouquets complemented the lush greenery of the country club surroundings.

Later in the night, the band/dj fusion of Golden Bell Music kept the energy high on the dance floor, as the couple and their guests danced the night away in their heart-shaped party glasses.
