Lion Rock Farm – Sharon Connecticut: Summer Wedding
Stacey and Max are truly some of the kindest souls you will ever meet. They met while attending Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Ive known Stacy for years, growing up in a small northwestern Connecticut town it would have been shocking if you came across someone you didn’t know. It was truly a blessing when she reached out about their June Summer wedding.
Stacy and Max opted for simply elegant for their wedding day. We leaned heavily on what Lion Rock’s property already had to offer. Summer in Connecticut is filled with lush greenery and a wide verity of flowers in full bloom. Tables were kept simple, the florist was able to add small accents of greenery and white wherever needed. We played on Stacey and Max’s love of all things natural with earth tones and farm tables. These all added just a little something extra.
Lion Rock Farm was the perfect location for their clean and simple vibe, nestled in the hills of Northern Connecticut. Lion Rock, secluded on top a mountain providing breathtaking ceremony and portrait views. We used the open field next door as the perfect backdrop for couples photos.
Most Importantly, Stacey and Max are vegan they chose to include that as a large part of their wedding, Hunts and Harvest worked to create the perfect menu full of color and delicious bites.
