The Quarantine Couple
When you’re planning a wedding during this time, well that adds an extra level of stress. We all know that what we are doing now in terms of social distancing is what everyone needs to because we care about our loved ones health, but still, having to cancel/postpone your big day can be upsetting and very stressful.
Here are some little tips to boost your mood, destress from all of this, and relax during this time at home.
Sweat Session
This is something I think everyone struggles to do every day but working out is a know stress reliever and energy booster. Also, your wedding is still happening so why not make sure you look and feel good for when its go time!
A call to my girls or my family always puts me in a better mood and they’ll always help you work out the stressers making you feel uneasy.
Family or Friends
Have a little 'me time'
It’s so easy to forget about yourself when you’re stressed; so doing an at-home mani/pedi, throwing on a face mask, lighting a few candles, and listening to some Lizzo will make you look good and feel good. Boosting your mood immideatly
I believe this is the time to self indulge, so if you want to watch 12 different shows now is your time. Take a break from wedding planning and watch all 1894 seasons of Greys Anatomy!
Binge Whatever You want
Wine Time
Wine Time includes, but is not limited to just wine. It can be wine, a margarita, some hot tea, a smoothie, or even those fun quarantine everyone keeps making on Instagram. Whatever it is your sipping on make sure its a big glass while calling or emailing your vendors and venues.
